BgRoom Software & Graphics

A download is required to play at BgRoom. The software is quick and easy to install, with a user-friendly interface and straight forward lobby navigation. Powered by SkillOnNet, the software comes with crisp, appealing graphics that are more subdued for a pleasant online gaming atmosphere.

Each time you enter a match with an opponent, you are both required to agree upon a per move time and global time. T per move timer offers a “blitz” mode of 15 seconds, normal mode of 20 seconds and slow mode of 25 seconds. Your per move timer will determine your global timer, with 1:30 minutes, 2:30 minutes or 3:30 minutes. When the per move timer runs out, your global timer starts ticking. Of the global timer expires, you lose!

Disconnections are uncommon on the BgRoom server or software’s end, but they do occur from time to time. If disconnected, the player has 5 minutes to reconnect, at which time they are automatically brought back into the game. If a player fails to reconnect within 5 minutes, the game is lost and wagers paid. If you close the game window, intentionally or not, during a game, you lose and must pay up.
